To process your return, we require an unboxing video as proof. The video should clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the condition of the product received.
Please ensure the video is clear and captures all relevant details.
Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at support@tizarat.com.
Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video.
Return Authorization:
Our support team will review your request and the unboxing video.
If the return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping the Return:
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) inside the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are covered by Tizarat if the return is due to a wrong or damaged product.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Replacements: If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the correct or new product to you at no additional cost.
Important Notes
Returns without an unboxing video or a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
